Our Lily Pad Apartments are designed for youth ages 16 to 18* and incorporate:

• Independent living in clean, cozy and homelike apartments

• On-site staff and care coordinators who support youth in independent living

• Wraparound services to help teens identify natural supports and community resources crucial for a strong foundation and network

• Healthy food with built-in recreation and enrichment opportunities

• A safe and stable, non-time limited place to transition into adulthood
